The food was delicious and so was the tea. The only issue my friend and I had was that it does not explain anywhere on the menu or website that with doing the full tea experience, each person has to get their own teapot, which is an additional charge. Also, while my friend was waiting, the woman working at the counter completely ignored her. She was aware my friend was there, even made eye contact with her but ignored her for the people behind her. She made sure to help everyone else around her as well but did not acknowledge my friend at all. I really hope it was not due to a racial issue as my friend is black and everyone else was white that the woman greeted and helped. Other than these two things, the food, atmosphere inside the dining area and our waiter was great.

Great afternoon tea with great gluten free options! I thought that everything was reasonably priced, the weight staff was very friendly, and the food was delicious. If you have other allergies, it seems like they can cater to a bunch so definitely let your server know.

While it pales in comparison to a tea room in London, for the USA this is extremely unique and still boasts solid quality. The afternoon tea included 4 choices of 6 sandwiches, 1 choice from 5 scones , and desserts. The tea menu and quality of tea leaves is truly phenomenal. Gluten-free options available. The decor is cutesy and welcoming, and the extensive gift shop of British foods and gifts adds to the authentic vibe. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, and accommodating. There was a mixup that she handled easily and efficiently.

This place is amazing. Delicious and unique tea flavors that are good quality. Their sandwiches, baked goods and desserts were all perfect. Also very cute decorative tableware. Service was lovely and they sell some British goods in the shop as well. It is pricey but tea rooms in the US always are and it was 100% worth it
